Yoga class description:

Yoga practices to invigorate your body and mind and help you as a musician! Join us for 9 yoga classes, taking place in the mornings and evenings. The morning sessions will be a fusion of different yoga styles and meditations aimed at awakening your body and clearing your mind for a fresh start to the day.

In the evening classes, we will focus on yoga poses and techniques that target the neck, shoulders, and arms to release tension and stress from the upper body. We will also delve into the mechanics of breathing to help you develop a deeper and more refined control of the breath.

Each class will last for 60 minutes. Classes are suitable for all levels of practitioners from beginner to experienced yogis. Nick and Lars will guide you through each practice, providing modifications and adjustments to ensure your safety and comfort throughout the session.

Practical notes: wear clothing that allows for movement. Shorts or leggings and a t-shirt are recommended. For morning sessions, it’s best to eat breakfast after practice.
