ELINE GROSLOT harp
Eline Groslot, studied at the School of Arts of Rotterdam with Teresia Rieu where she received the diploma of Docerend Musicus with great distinction.
The following years she continued for her masters degree with Sophie Hallynck in Antwerp and Fabrice Pierre in Portogruaro.
At the age of 14 she started playing in several youth orchestras and this resulted in a great love for orchestra playing. Currently she is harp solo in Brussels Philharmonic.
She is a passionate teacher and a lot of her students where already awarded with prices on national and international competitions.
As a chamber musician she works frequently with the ensembles : Less is more, Prometheus ensemble, Arco Baleno, I solisti del vento,etc.- which represent repertoire from the romantic until the modern époque and often combine music with other art forms, such as poetry, theatre and painting.
With these ensembles she played concerts all over Europe and made several cd recordings especially of newly written repertoire.
